Duties/Responsabilities
Plan and implement lesson plans, communicate with parents, keep a safe and clean environment for children, complete screenings on children and meet with parents for parent conferences, follow all DCF regulations
Benefits
We follow the Lake Wales Charter School calendar, paid through summer
Education/Certifications
CDA, AS degree in Early Childhood, All requirements for lead teacher
Experience
Would prefer someone with some experience but willing to work with right person
