Duties/Responsabilities
The Director of Weekday (First Steps) Preschool is responsible for the general management of the church’s weekday preschool program under the direction, guidelines, and policies of the Church Council, Charge Conference, The Book of Discipline of The United Methodist Church, and applicable governmental regulations. To create and maintain an organized environment with good communication and management that enables the preschool program to effectively minister throughout the community. The Director of Weekday Preschool Ministries must have the ability to see the mission and vision of First United Methodist Church while managing the detail and providing the structure that supports the mission and vision through the weekday program.
