There are
two parts to the provider application that must be completed.

Please attach copies of the following documentation to your application:
Director’s Credential Certificate
Teacher
Education Credentials for each Instructor
Proof of Literacy
Training for each Instructor if not the DCF Online Class
Proof of
Cleared Background Screening for all VPK Staff
Applications
may take up to 30 days to be processed. You will be contacted if more
information is needed, or when the process has been completed.

Rate
Providers will be paid $4.87 an hour for each child attending in a VPK 540 school year program.
VPK
Rate - VPK 540
Providers will be paid $8.78 an hour for each child attending in a VPK 300 summer year program.
