Early Learning Coalition Board Gubernatorial Appointments
The Governor shall appoint the Chair and two other members of each Early Learning Coalition. These members must meet the same qualifications as a private-sector business member appointed by the coalition.
General Information Regarding Gubernatorial Appointments:
If you are interested in serving on the Early Learning Coalition of Polk County Board, you should proceed as follows:
- Fill out the Questionnaire and submit it to the below address via mail or fax.
- You should receive an acknowledgement from the Governor's Appointment Office verifying that your questionnaire was received within two weeks of its submission. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within two weeks, you should contact the Appointment Office.
- Your questionnaire will be kept on file for the duration of Governor Crist's administration, and you will be considered for the board(s) or commission(s) that you have expressed an interest in whenever openings occur.
